This DVD shows you everything you need to know if you are about to go through a Georgia divorce without spending a fortune on an attorney.
Nobody wants to waste money with a lawyer just learning the ropes. At $250 an hour, you’ll be broke before you even begin.
And, your attorney will be glad that you watched this DVD and that you are prepared and knowledgeable when you begin the process.
It is quite possible that, after watching this DVD, you and your spouse may not need to hire a lawyer at all! No one is taking sides here. This is the law as it pertains to a Georgia divorce, like it or not.
Maybe you can keep your savings in your bank account rather than spending it all on attorney fees.
BEWARE of Georgia divorce attorneys who like to litigate. There are some very good lawyers out there. But, there are also some who exacerbate the legal problems, rather than resolving them. They make more money that way!
Depositions, interrogatories and other discovery tools that a lawyer uses to represent you in your Georgia divorce, all cost you a lot of money. It is not uncommon for divorcing couples to spend all that they’ve saved together deciding who’s getting a worthless sofa!
Don’t find yourself in that position!
Be smart about your Georgia divorce! Learn the law. Apply it to your situation. That’s what a judge will do!
This DVD tells you everything you need to know BEFORE you spend a dime on an attorney. You’ll get practical advice about how to save money on the process, yet get what you deserve and protect the kids.
You can save THOUSANDS of dollars by watching this DVD.
If you don’t be prepared for this: It is customary that each party, the husband and the wife, each retain an attorney. Each attorney will require a “retainer”. That retainer may vary somewhat, but expect it to be approximately $5000.
So, just to get started you two will have to come up with $10,000 out of your savings! Really! This is no exaggeration.
Once you have put up a retainer, then the lawyer will keep track of his or her time, applying their hourly rate, and subtracting those amounts from the retainer. As time goes on, the $5000 retainer is depleted and you may have to put up another $5000 for the lawyer to work against if the divorce is not yet completed.
In some cases, the retainer is non-refundable. So, even if very little time is spent on your Georgia divorce, you do not get back the remaining amount. (Watch for this!)
Now, instead of that scenario, why not listen to this DVD and save all that money! You may still need to hire a lawyer. But, it’s possible that you two can hire ONE attorney who drafts your agreement and files it with the court.
I do NOT recommend that you “do-it-yourself” with some divorce “kit”. This procedure is simply too important. There are too many things that can go unaddressed.
Even if you and your spouse cannot come to an agreement on things and must hire two separate attorneys, having a good understanding of the law in a Georgia divorce case will really help keep both your costs down.
Remember, this DVD simply tells it like it is! This is Georgia divorce law, like it or not. No one is being “represented” here, husband or wife. We are just explaining everything you are wondering about now, so you will be prepared.
After you learn this content, you will never look back and ask whether you did everything you could to ensure your Georgia divorce was fair to you and your children.
